I was approved!!!!!!!!!! This is the best news ever!! Now just waiting on S&W to call me with the surgery date, but I am so excited! I have been so stressed about this but Tricare Prime South has not failed me and I got approved the first time around! Yay!!!!!!!!! So ready to be on this journey with the rest of you guys! Some surgeons do both at once. I don't know if that's good or not. Q.9 If I need gallbladder surgery, can the band be applied at the same time? A. Yes. Both surgical procedures can be done at the same time, at no additional cost. (from the web site whose name must not be spoken) -

I just want to say thank you to ALL of you for your post. It has really made me do some more thinking. (i dont know if that is a good thing or a bad thing lol) I just need to decide what is best for me. I honetly know that WLS will probably end up being the only way for me because i am not dedicated enough to go out and do hours of exercise and strict dieting. just need to make up my mind. thank you all again for the inspiring words.!! -

I AM SOOO HAPPY I HAVE FINALLY REACHED MY GOAL AND I AM NOW WEIGHING 142lb I HAVE POSTED A FEW PICS OF MY LAPBAND JOURNEY took a while i was banded in 2008 but slow and steady wins the race i dont regret it all its the best thing ive ever done.
