september 2014. 3 years 'surgiversary'

excuse my room, lol.

i got my daughter to take a full body shot of me 3 weeks after my anniversary of 3 years post surgery. i completely forgot about my surgiversary!!! that's what life is like now. i don't really come around the forums as much anymore (god knows i spent 2 years pre surgery researching like a crazy person). my life is not defined by my weight anymore. i deleted all that with a vsg.

i had complications, i had rough times.. but... it was all worth it and i can't stop saying it. imagine a life where you feel 'normal' size again (or even 'normal' for the first time in your life!) it can be done.

good luck to all who are in their journey, starting their journey (at either point whether it's researching, dipping your toe in or full out being at home 2 days after having your vsg). work it like there is no tomorrow!!!
