LAP-BAND Patients

I gotta practice my swimming! I'm gonna be doing that soon, as I have no idea how thats gonna feel. I hope to find a "sprint" Tri to do this year: 750 meter swim, 20k ride, 5k run. Then get to an "olympic" level Tri in 2014. Its 1.5k swim, 40k bike ride, and 10k run. Baby steps.... :)
