This was October 2009. I was at my heaviest, 254 lbs. When I saw this picture, it was the moment of truth for me. I was shocked to see myself because I hated looking in mirrors and always tried to not look at the body when getting dressed or putting on make up. Looking at this picture made me see myself and how it was time to do something about the way I looked.
