u look amazing!!! do u exercise i just got banded on august 28 and lost 12 pounds also when did u start exercising after surgery?

Thanks! I do the eliptical every once in a while...and I lift weights with my Husband sometimes. I didn't start exercising until about 4 months after surgery..I probably should of started earlier! Good luck...and post pics!!
