Seeing your progress makes me feel better with this preop diet :-) I'm struggling but can't wait for the end results. I hope I look as good as you in 91/2 month. Great Work!!!! Heather89 0 Posted June 20, 2010 Ok I am about to have surgery on July 27th and I really want to be able to drop it like you have! What did you do were you in the gym constantly or is there certain things that can help me because if i lose 70 pounds in nine months I will be at my goal weight!! Thanks!
