lap5280 6 Posted January 14, 2010 Wow, that is cool. I get banded on 1-22. I told my boss, who is a runner, that I want to do a 5k this year. He is going to send a list of 5ks here in Colorado. My co-worker got wind of this, and she is going to join. I weighed in at 301 for my pre-op, so running just istn't comfortable on my knees right now. Any advice how I can train?
