  1. Spectrum flaxseed oil. This stuff is great for your body. I take a TBSP daily before bed time, and it has kept my bowel movements regular for the first time since I have had the band. I also saw weight loss this past week since I have been taking it.
  2. This is some great soup made with milk instead of water, and some butter or margerine. You control the thickness by how much milk that you put in it. But the beans have a very nice texture, so it can be eaten without any problem during the liquid to mu

  5. This helps with constipation issues. Drink it at night before you go to bed. This is not for everyday use. I found this at the Vitamin shop. It is around 4 dollars. Or Google it and buy it directly from the company off-line.
  6. I bought this at Walmart as well. It was less than $2.00. Great if you need to get your protein in, but can not really eat solids that day.
  7. Each one of the tubs makes 2 quarts. I bought this 2 quart pitcher at Walmart to use. It is Rubbermaid and very inexpensive.
  8. I bought this for my baby son, but I have just taken it over for my portion control.
  9. I got this at walgreens for $9.99. I use it to puree foods. It is not the greatest, but it does the job.
