Just curious if anyone has tried to premake thier protein shakes to avoid lugging blender, mixes, etc to work each day during two week preop?? I was considering trying it and just crushing ice at work when I was ready for my shake..I work with patients all day and dont really have time to stop and make a noisy shake right in the middle of our clinic...any advice??

I have a shaker I bought at GNC. It has a small container that screws on to the bottom to hold protein and the top is the shaker and you can keep your liquid of choice in it. I know protein and milk together without ice is not the best but I found really amazing protein. It is called Jay Rob. It shakes up easily and is 100% all natural (not that means anything). My understanding is that it is some of the best stuff. No sugar, low calorie, low carb, 25 grams of protein. The chocolate is delicious with milk or soy milk. I have found that it makes a hectic day easier to be able to just pour you protein in your milk and shake it up. Good luck

Hey, I did that with mine, sometimes I couldn't be bothered making them that day so I made them the night before and just stuck them in a water bottle, then the next day you just have to make sure you shake them again to distribute the contents or whatever. Just keep them in a fridge and they're fine - But be warned the more you use the same water bottles they tend to stink after a while because of the shakes lol.

I bought one of those magic bullets. It is awesome. It is little, just add ice and water, you drink out of your "blender" it blends quickly and not as noisy as a regular blender. try it.
