Well it has been 5 weeks today since my lap band surgery and I am lovin life. I have lost 40lbs since my surgery date of 4-10-09 and I have never felt better, I am able to workout and run 2 miles a day now and play like crazy with my daughter. Having the band put in was a life saving decision for me and I am glad to have done it so I wanted to tell all those who are thinking about the band or who have had the band and are frustrated don't worry and get it done, if you have the band just be paitent and listen to your body and modify the plan if need be and find a workout plan that works for you, all I do is 30 minutes a day and you will have amazing results.. Good luck to all and stay healthy...:rolleyes:

Just what I needed to read..........POSITIVE thinking. You keep it up. I just started the process and am scheduled for all the evaluations week after next. I want to see updates on you.....You should be so proud and happy
