It will be 4 month on the 10th of August and I have lost 87lbs so far. Last month I was able to take my daughter on her first trip to Sea World and Disneyland, it was awsome. We ran all over the parks and I was able for the 1st time in my life able to ride the rides in comfort. Well it has been 5 weeks today since my lap band surgery and I am lovin life. I have lost 40lbs since my surgery date of 4-10-09 and I have never felt better, I am able to workout and run 2 miles a day now and play like crazy with my daughter. Having the band put in was a life saving decision for me and I am glad to have done it so I wanted to tell all those who are thinking about the band or who have had the band and are frustrated don't worry and get it done, if you have the band just be pait
