I bit the bullet and reschuled my fill for April 20th instead of May 4th. Out of curiosity, I decided to ask what my weight was the last time I went in for an unfill. Wow, that was a loaded question. She said 178, I was like WHOA I'd love nothing more than to see that number again. Today marked day 1 of 11 for cleansing my body.

Hi xavier:

I don't mind at all that you ask that question. I was unfilled back in September '08 due to a stretching of my pouch. While vacationing in Hawaii back in July '08, I vomitted for 6 hours straight while on a Catamaran. It was the WORST 6 hours of my life. Before going on vacation, I had great restriction but the puke session did not help my band. After returning from vacation, I noticed that I could eat more than normal so I went in for a fill 1st week of Sept. and I was told my pouch had stretched. After that, a worldwind of events took place in my life. I've had 5 deaths in the family all within the matter of 6 months. I was on an emotional roller coaster. When my clothes started to fit tight, I was like whoa the weight is creeping back on. That's when it clicked and I said to myself, "I need to regain control of my life!" How long have you been banded?

HA, you're too funny. Let me know if you get a scheduled date on Thursday. I'm rootin for ya. I'm counting down the days for my fill. Latest funeral was yesterday and it was really difficult to stay on my eating plan. Easter is coming up so that will be another mental check tha I will need to overcome. Keep in touch.

    • I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.
    • I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️

      Einarmige Banditen
