made it thru xmas, no problems. now i gotta start the new year with a positive attitude, and continue to try to live a healthy lifestyle. 6 months in, and down over 120 lbs. only thing to it is to do it.

Wow! You have done super ! I was also banded in June and have barely lost 60 pounds. How did you do it? What did you eat? How often do you eat? I just want to be losing more than I have and it would be greatly appreciated if you could tell me what you did. Thanks, and Happy New Year. Pam
