Protein Shakes
I have had a few people ask my about the protein shakes I love so I thought I would post it here.
The BEST protein shake is Isopure Creamy Vanilla. It has 50 grams of protein with 2 scoops. I mix the Isopure with Hoods Calorie Countdown Milk that has very little carbs and adds about 16 grams of protein with two servings. Then I use DaVinci sugar free syrups and add about 6 squirts of either banana, strawberry, orange, caramel or whatever flavor I have on hand. I buy pumps for the syrups so it is easy to measure.

Anyway, this is a delicious and virtually lump free protein shake. You can get most of your daily requirements in one shake. Also do not forget to get the blender bottle or use a blender.
