I had so many issues wih getting enough protein due to me not being able to stomach protein shakes. Well I finally sucked it up and sat myself done and had a serious conversation. I cannot get my protein in with food alone and as you all know I need to get it down. So I decided to get over my fear of the taste and focus on the reasons for having it. It is just like taking liquid medicine that taste horrible. I finally did it...... for the past several days I have been drinking protein shakes and it is only getting better. I was even able to break out the ready makes shakes that I hid in the back of fridge because I hated the taste so bad and now I'm having them for lunch and dinner. So better health here I come.

Metabolic Reset Hunger Control Weight Loss Shake from Nature's Way, taste like chocolate milk.... and if you mix it with unsweeted almond milk its nice a thick, and not HORRIBLE lol.

I drink the myoplex protein shakes...each has 30gms of protein, and taste pretty go for protein...I get them at Costco...Sure helps to get those extra protein grams in when I cant get them from the food...also taste good if you put in freezer and eat like a slushy.. :)

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
