IT'S BEEN TEN MONTHS! PICS -111 LBS

blogs/blog-0631577001364257766.jpgHELLO Y'ALL!!! I don't have much to report. Life has been pretty good. Because of my workload, going to the gym has been pretty impossible. Because of that, I am very careful with my food intake. Speaking of food intake, I am able to eat more!! PRETTY SCARY  I remember at the beginning, I wanted to eat more. Now that I can, I wish I could go back to the days where two bites was all I needed

But life goes on!!!

HAPPY MOMENTS:

No seat belt extender needed ( Flew to NY)

My daughter's friends called my skinny

SHAMEFUL MOMENT:

I ate half a bag of cheetos

You look ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! You're gorgeous Lady! Congradulations on what you've accomplished so far & Good Luck on the rest of your journey.

I ate half a bag of those chicken & waffle chips. I felt so bad until I realized that I hadn't eaten anything like that in months & this wasn't something I would do on a regular. So I ate the other half a couple of days later but made sure I drank an extra 20 oz of water to compensate. ;)

I didn't really feel guilty. Just surprised that I ate as much as I did. But before I would have been able to eat the whole bag, plus soda, plus whatever else. After I ate them, I had to just do a shake for supper since I was still full.

thank you. And that's the key right there, moderation. Sadly I am just now learning what it means and I am afraid of messing up and finding myself back at 348 lbs:(
