Broke my stall, decided to weigh in only once a week

Well, after 4 days of being the exact same weight, I woke up this morning 5 lbs less than yesterday. Makes no sense to me, but I'll take it. That puts me at 249 lbs, 25 less than my pre op high of 274.

I've decided to start weighing myself only once a week. It won't be easy, but obsessing over the scale can be counterproductive. I just needed to see it move after being the same for 4 days. Since I weighed in this morning, I guess I'll make Sunday my day.

I decided the same thing:) its weird, I weigh the same all week then on day seven, I'm a few pounds less. So definitely gonna try only weighing in once a week.

newgrandmother, sometimes it helps to change up your routine. like more calories for a day or increase exercise for a day

yep, yep

I started doing the scales every 7 days and I find a lot more peace of mind

I broke my stall by eating a bite of something every 3 hours, a nut, a jello, a pork skin, a mouthful of soup, little and often!
