HELP!! Ive noticed that everytime I use whey proteins in my shakes my heart starts racing, can anybody suggest any other protein that I can take. I dont want to get behind on my proteins, Im only 4 days out from surgery. :(

There are different foods you can get your protein from if you an not tolerate the drinks. I se the powered protein drink and mix with water instead of milk. The choca is great.Ensure has protein too.The Unjury online has broth with 21 grams of protein.
