well... the nice thing about the sleeve is that actually we can't give up. If you don't have a nutritionist you can ask questions of just search on this forum for what other people are eating.

And then do it :-)

Give up? Never! Chunky soups and squishy protein (fish, fish, fish). Don't give up. Ask, someone will answer you.

Good luck!

Giving Up Is Not An Option! (Yes, I am saying this extremely firm). You have come to far to let a food issue defeat you! The issue with food is what motivated you the get your sleeve. As one of the previous post stated:"The sleeve will not let you give up". You will not get a 85% refund back. The stomach you use to have is long gone. Some of us have trouble knowing what to eat and some do not. My battle with the diet is called,"Their trials and my error!" My nutritionist has suggested that I attempt different items in my phase, and since I'm in between "creamies" and "purees"...all I can say is "Lord Have Mercy". I just read labels and try the items. Somethings work and some don't. You getting the sleeve is only the introduction to a lifestyle change; now you have to work on your critical thinking process and realize that your focus has to be positive and not just about the weight, your in-takes nor your outputs. Drink your fluids, eat what you can tolerate while monitoring the nutritional factors, and most of all...one day at a time. We all have ups and downs, but the problem comes when the moods like the foods are excessive. Take baby steps and it's alright if you want to go back to crawling; the process is long but ohhhhh soooo rewarding. Don't Give Up Take a Walk and Eat a Sugar-Free Popsicle or a spoon of peanut butter...You see, that's works for me. Now you have to find your niche, but I won't mind if you borrow mine. Enjoy the new you no matter what...Congrats on the SLEEVE!

Dont give up. You may have lost a battle but you will win the war. I will leave you with this inspirational quote.

""Now we are the masters of our fate, That the task which has been set us is not above our strength .That it's pangs and toils are not beyond our endurance .As long as we have faith in our cause and an unconquerable will-power Salvation will not be denied us ! "- Winston Churchil"
