Today I thought I was going to go crazy with this liquid diet. By lunch time I was starving and ready to eat everything that was not nailed down, but i referained. when I got off work I rushed home to prepare my 6 ounces of chicken breast and a can of green beans, D_E_L_I_C_I_O_U_S. I didn't realize how addcted to food I am.

 

I go to the doctor tomorrow to get my surgery clearance, I am a little worried, back in 2003 I had a blood clot on my left ventrical. I have been feeling great since but still a little nervous. I am paraying everything goes ok tomorrow. Please pray for me.

 

Well I hear as the time goes on it get's a little easier. Time will tell.

I know how you feel...Today is my 4th day of pre op diet and I didn't wake up hungry for th first time. I also slept really good last night....Remember we can do this together.

We will be skinny one day!!

Hi creed, today was my 3rd day and things went better than expected. I am glad you slept well. Yes we will be skinny one day. I am looking forward to it.
