So Frustrating...

Seems as though my fills are always the week before TOM and then the scale is stuck for a week and a half. So I had my second fill last wed. and today I still way 240 even thought I have been eating right and exercising 4x a week. I am full time back in the gym and have started to work my core again. I guess I should just be patient, but it is frustrating. I am anxious to see if the .7 CC i got last week will move me to my sweet spot! :)

Let’s take the scale out of the equation for a moment. How are you feeling? How are your clothes feeling? I try not to focus just on the scale but the way my body is responding. My body seems to be responding faster than the scale. LOL

That is great that you are back in the gym, but keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat!! It can be sooo frustrating not seeing any weight loss on the scale, but it's not going to come off the same for everyone. Just keep up your faith and continue to work hard, and remember every little bit counts!!

I feel you, my scale moved up 1.8 lbs, but since it is the TOM I'm not worried but do see difference in way my clothes feel although scale not moving. I work out daily at work I do 10000+ steps 3 days a week, and the rest of week I walk or jog at the park for 2 miles. so many thoughts in my head but we must remember we are just starting this journey and our body is adjusting thats what keeps me sane. think once we have that balance the weight will come off. keep up the good work. goodluck
