2Nd Fill

Had my second post-op appointment today and got my second fill. I opted to only get a quarter cc. I dont want to end up in the red zone, I would rather take it slower. I have lost another 7 lbs. for a total of 25lbs since I started this journey. I am very happy with my progress so far but I know I need to work more exercise into my routine as I have none at the moment.

LAP-BAND Patients

i wish i was that smart and not have ended up in the red zone. which i'm in for the second time..but actually not my fault. first time fill was too much..this time after i got sick it tighten up. i used to think i want my band really tight so i cant eat. WRONG! I am miserable. wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy. i think you are smart to take it slow cuz being too tight is some garbage! lol
