Ok so can someone tell me what that stuck feeling fells like??

I am 3 1/2 weeks post op and had some chicken and string beans yesterday and went to bed with a yucky feeling. Here it is 3pm and I still have a sharp pain under my ribcage and shooting in my right shoulder blade and in my back.

What could this be?? Could this really be gas or somthing stuck IDK

Any help much appreciated :(

It is too early on for you to be stuck. You probably dont even have any fluid in your band yet. We usually only get stuck after the 3rd fill or so. Sounds like a gas pain or something. Take GasX. Being stuck is a distinctive feeling... it is uncomfortable, feels like you have something stuck in your esophegus and you will want to keep throwing up. Very different.

I got food stuck on the third week of my band. Its the most disgusting and painful feeling ever! I was eating mashed baked yams and i must have swallowed too fast. When your food gets stuck you definitely would know as you would be PBing a whole lot and if you are like me you be throwing it right back up.

Oh yes you would know if it was stuck! I am 5yrs banded and IMO its sounds like you may have eaten too much or its gas.

I spit and I also got stuck with no fills , and since than everytime i eat solids, you start spitting, and you know you have to vomit, nothing stops it and once your done...you feel so much better...yours sounds like the gas pain I had.....
