I am dearly sorry! I have fallen off the train when it comes to visiting this site. I love this site but this semester of school and work has completely consumed me. On a good note, I am still extremely happy with my band. I have reached onederland!!!! It seemed like a dream but I'm here. Plus, over Thanksgiving, I learned that I can eat cornbread dressing:rolleyes: . In fact, I have tasted a bit of everything and have not had any problems. I still have not slimed or PB'd. Although I feel like I can eat whatever (rice, pasta, bread) I simply choose not to except the occasional pinched bite of one of these things. Okay so now I have to go read blogs and see what my bandsters have been up to.

I am new to this site and I love it too. I'm afraid to ask this, for I feel I probably shoud know, but what is "onederland"? That is great that you have the mind set to make healthy choices still . Good work. Blessings.

I havn't hit Onederland ,I'm not even close but that is an expression that people have when they hit there "GOAL WEIGHT" I kinda wish I was that close I hav't had my surgery Yet,I am still in the baby stages,I'll get there one day soon.....you take care and let us know when you get to Onederland...OK.....camille01

malexander is correct. I was stuck at 205.4 forever, just trying to make it to 199. When I stopped watching the scale, I sporadically jumped on it at work one day and was at 194. Not only did I make my goal, I surpassed it. So onederland is anything in the 100's. I'm rooting (or however you spell it) for all of you that have that onederland goal....... and check out my new pics. Thanks everyone!

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
