Well today is day two on my liquid diet...I'm having a lil trouble drinking the shakes without gagging! I am also not liking the 80oz of water i need to drink a day..i feel like i'm going to drown! :cool2: but i'm gonna keep on keeping on! It'll all be worth it!

anyway..went for my PreOp today..everything was fantastic! I'm so excited.

good luck to all who are having surgery tomorrow!! :thumbup:

It's day two, as well. It helped me to blend it with ice and make a thick, frothy shake. They have me doing Unjury. I have the chocolate kind and it's not so bad when blended up. I am having a hard time getting all of the water in, but I figure the ice in the drinks help contribute to what I drink :-) Good luck on your diet!

Day three for me. Had a rough evening but much better today, especially when I stepped on the scales and had lost 4 lbs since 9-15.

Qtney...maybe that is what my problem is..it's too thick. lol I bought vanilla so that way i could add strawberries and banana. i'm making tea now..i hope i can get all the water in that way

Copa...wow..you'v dropped 4lbs already? i haven't dropped any! :)

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
