I can't believe that i will start my liquid diet in 4 days...i pray that i can stay on it without fail. I'm excited but gettin nervous..:wink:

If you really want to lose weight, get healthier, live longer and feel better you will do what you have to do to make it happen. This is the best gift you can give yourself and if you can't remain on the liquid diet necessary for the surgery, perhaps you should rethink the surgery? You got this - we all did it and lived through it. So will you!

Wow! I start mine on Thursday, too! I am going through a whole range of emotions to prepare myself for Thursday. Are you doing strictly liquid? My surgery date is September 30th and they are putting me on a lo-cal/high protein shake for breakfast, lunch, and a Lean Cuisine for dinner. I hope I can make it!
