Try the EAS carbadvantage shakes, 110 calories, 17 protein, 2 net carbs. Or the Carnation instant breakfast, sugar free mixed with low fat milk. (You should clear these with you Dr first)

Hi!....you have done great sticking to the diet....one day at a time....I am telling you it will be well worth the weight when you have the operation.....I did not have to do a pre op diet....but the 2 weeks post operation fluids was ok.....I got frozen fruit and got my blender and made smoothies....made with plenty of ice and skimmed milk....I also did the Celebrity Slim shakes which were lovely unlike the slim fast shakes they are made on water and taste nice....I also made ice cubes to suck on made from tropical fruit or low fat blackcurrant cordial dilute drinks

I tried Ensure and was satisfied, now I switched to Whey Protein, professional strength (52kg protein). Protein 26g and Sugar 3g. When I am not having a shake and Multivitamin (always take a multivitamin daily) I have two or two eggs and toast in the morn. Lunch I have Tuna and crackers or a bowl of chilly, or a small microwave meal from the store which is high in protein. Evenings, I try to have fish, or chicken, or sometimes just veggies and pork and beans. Green salads are fantastic and filling. I enjoy sugarless popsicles in the evening when I feel hungry, or I have a piece of string cheese stick. There are some new snacks out there that are only 100 calories. I have tried them and still promote my weight loss. Enjoy your journey.

I second the EAS Myoplex Carb Control Shakes in Chocolate Fudge. Also, I really like Nectar by Syntrax. Someone suggested that I purchase a variety pack of individual flavors to test out which ones I like. You can get them from www.mybariatricpantry.com. I actually just ordered some more b/c I really liked them.....plus, I think they will be easy to bring to work when I go back in a week. I also bought a big jug of the Chocolate Truffle and the Cherry one. It mixes really well....and I put it in a Magic Bullet with either milk or water (depending on the flavor), along with a couple of ice cubes....and it is pretty yummy! I hated Isopure....I thought it tasted like throw up! haha....
