My Hands!
I've been looking for signs of my weight loss. Yes, some weight is coming off, but I refuse to get hooked up on the numbers - they can be so deceiving. So I've noticed that my pants are a little looser. I've noticed that of all things, my glasses fit more loosely on my face. I've just been waiting for some sort of confirmation, ya know? Well, bless my husband's little pea pickin' heart! We were walking and holding hands yesterday and he told me that my hand felt smaller in his hand. 
Awww, I melted! Just what I needed to hear - totally unsolicited and totally sincere. Ahh, strength to carry on!
