I have been on this site at least once a day for over a year now. I could not have been as good or followed the rules as well without all the people (my friends) on this site. They offer suggestions and give real life experiences that I can relate too. I have lost 110 pounds and I am still here to talk about it. This LB has changed my life forever. Down from a size 24 plus to a size 10 I am very Happy where I am and even put a bathing suit on and went to the beach by boat on my Birthday. Miracles do happen when you follow the rules.
