Great Chicken Recipe!!!!

This is delicious!

 

Low Carb, High Protein!

 

Chicken Fritters!

 

In a large bowl, mix one can of White Meat Chicken, chopped finely! (Reduce the size of the chunks to minced) Add Two Green onions minced fine. Salt and Pepper to taste.

 

Add 1 1/2 cups of Ricotta Cheese

Add 1 Cup of Low Fat Sour Cream

Add 1/4 cup Flour (to hold the mixture togeter) White or Whole Wheat

Add two eggs, beaten.

 

Mix entire mixture together in bowl.

 

Spray cast iron pan with cooking spray, low-cal type. Drop mixture into pan, in 4 oz sizes, keep flipping until brown on both sides, about 4 min. till done. Serve with a side salad and low cal dressing!

 

Absolutely Delicious and Satisfying!:)

Thank you so much for sharing. I love to try new receipes all the time! Especially the ones that have chicken. I have not been eating a lot lately due to a tight band. Today for whatever reason I was able to eat Lunch! Yea for Me! Sylvia
