:thumbup: I am 3 1/2 months post-op, and I have pain in my left shoulder when I eat, even on the very 1st bite. It's not constant, and I have tried to take smaller bites, chew longer and wait more time between bites. Any suggestions????

I'm 2 months out and I sometimes get pain in my shoulder due to gas. Havent gotten one due to eating... yet

I suffered the left shoulder pain from pressure on my phrenic nerve for months. I had trouble sleeping because it was so bad. The one thing I found that helped was Equate brand menthol pain patches from Walmart. They are less than $4 a package and well worth the trip to walmart. I would put one on the tip of my shoulder in the afternoon or evening and leave it on all night. I guess there is another thing that helped.... the weightloss did finally take the pressure off the nerve and the shoulder pain stopped then. The pain was my "full signal" for months too.

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
