Ready Set Go!

Ok so after re-scheduling my surgery i'm all set for friday the 29th. I got a call from the doctors office on thursday to start my pre-op diet. Today was my first day and I got to say it's hard. If anyone can give some good advise on getting through this it would be great. Iv'e noticed most people here are told to start two weeks prior, but im not complaining this week is going to be long.

Keep reminding yourself of why you are doing this. This week is only a shhort part of the bg picture...but on the other hand this should be your last diet EVER! After that its just a lifestyle other than a couple of days of modified eating after a fill. NO MORE DIETS! For inspiration, if you havent already, I recommmend reading the whole blog of band_groupie from the very beginning...its very inspiring. A lot of us have done that and even gone back to it when we need to...she really keeps it real! Good luck and hang in there!
