I was starting to have to go into a 4x(yes i said 4X)from there i went into a 2x and then a large which is where i'm at now,and this took place over an 8 month period.so i skipped every other size. but each person is different and lose weight different as in different places that could affect sizes.but good luck on when ever you choose to start shopping.
