I had an appointment with my GP Dr. Saab today. I told him I've been having back pain and skin rashes under my belly...

He gave me a prescription for skin cream and documented the rash.

He also gave me a perescription for muscle relaxer and pain medicine for the back problems and has referred me out to have physical therapy 3 times a week for three weeks...
