I don't understand you can gain weight eating almost 2/3 less food that prior to banding? I have lost weight very slowly. I was banded 3/2009 and just had a fill, gained weight almost immedialty without eating. :wink2:

Make sure that you're diligently tracking your liquid and mushie calories. These add up REALLY fast, so you could be consuming a lot more calories than you even realize. Not saying that's the case with you, cuz I don't know .... just saying to double check that. Good luck to you!

If you are not eating enough, your body will freak out, think you are starving to death and your metabolism will shut down and you wont lose weight. Also I promise I thot this was bull but it is true.....you have to have to have to take in your protien shakes you will not lose wt without adequate protien. cant tell you why but i promise it works. good luck dont forget us girls really stuggle with water wt too, we can vary 5-7 pounds in a day or so, keep working, it will happen.       I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
