Hello everybody I have not been on the blogs for a few weeks. School has been crazy so I really did not have much time to myself. I hope everybody is doing great. I am down 49lbs since my surgery on 8/17/09. I feel great. I have my two month appointment next week and I would like to reach 50lbs. I don't think I am getting all my protein in everyday but I am not that hungry. My surgeon does not like protein drinks but I am think I may need to add one to my diet. Does anybody know of a good protein drink that actually taste good too? Well I am off to the gym to meet up with my trainer for a great hour workout. Keep up the great work everybody.

I add soy protein powder to oatmeal every morning so I'm still getting solid protein. I've used the Isopure for drinks after fills and they're not awful with frozen fruit/banana added. Your WL is amazingly fast!! Great job! -BG

I use EAS/Myoplex carb control in choclate fudge, it is a premix, 110 cal. 17g of protein and 4 carbs and it is delicious. Good luck to you and congrats on your great progress!!
