I need someone to kick my butt to get up and exercise. I'm the kind of person who needs a good yelling every so often. :)

Consider your butt KICKED!!!! LOL!

Say to yourself (like I do), self, tomorrow, I will walk outside for that (yada) number of blocks. I will go at my own pace and I WILL ENJOY MYSELF! Then when the next day comes, resign yourself to your promise. You must not break a promise to yourself. So get out there and have a wonderful time. I myself like swimming or something like it. I worked up to 1 hour per day for 5 day week. I lost a dress size!!!!!

Babs44...Get up and get going. It really isn't bad once you start.

My biggest piece of advice to you, is to find something that you enjoy doing so that it's not like you're working out. I for one enjoy going to the gym, can you say EYE CANDY! I get bored with the gym on occasion so I throw in yoga and zumba when I get the chance. It's fun and relaxing.

If you don't set up a routine then at least start making a few changes such as parking as far away as possible, taking a 10 minute break to just walk or do some chair exercises while watching tv.

You can do it! We're all here kicking your butt!

I need a good butt kicking too! I have discovered Tai Chi though and am kind of liking it. Low impact so it doesn't kill my aching feet! Not doing it regular but more than I was. Baby steps, I guess. Good luck!
