I've let live and my little g'baby get in the way of exercise. No excuses. Because of everything I've platued(?). I know once I get back to working out, I'll drop the weight and finally get below the 190's. Its all on me, me, me.

Keep moving! I am just starting the process and need to get myself back to the gym and taking care of ME ME ME! Stay positive and know you can do it! :thumbup:
