Ok so I'm DETERMINED that by OCTOBER 16th 2009 I should be on or UNDER my surgery goal weight which is 190.
I've hit 190 before without even trying.. and now i'm on this freakin 1200 calorie pre-op diet and its screwin me all up.
LOL when the doc told me 1200 calories a day.. I laughed inside...
DUDE I COULD DRINK 1200 calories in like less than 30 minutes... WHICH IS TRUE AND VERY SAD.. LOL..
Anyways.. I've been going to the gym every night. I do the elliptical for about 45 minutes about 3 1/2 or more miles.
then I do the Stairclimber for about 20 minutes..
I'm becomming a GYM ADDICT.
I love it when I go to the gym at like 3:30 AM.. yes AM and NO ONE but Senior Citizens or Janitors are there.. and usually they are swimming so I have the whole place... to myself... LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT.
I wanna do some weight lifting too but not too much.. just enough to get the fat burning...I'm glad i'm takin control of my health again.. For soooo long I've neglected myself..
I know it might sound really self centered.. but considering my past...
