July 1st,

Hi , I was so sick last week, threw up all night , and it stayed with me for a week, got sick each time I ate. Seem okay now, but I'm really being good. I am gonna have a minor foot surgery before the lap band and then I will be able to walk for exercice. So now I'm off for the summer , which is good get all this behind me and start fresh. Happy 4th of July weekend. Patti

So sorry about the stomach thingy. Better to have it now then after you are banded. That's great that you will be able to walk after being banded. I have found it to be the best exercise.
