15 1/2 Hours left

I can't believe it, I'm scheduled to be at the hospital for banding in 15 1/2 hours. OMG!!!! This time tomorrow it will be done. I am to be at the hospital at 5:00 am & surgery at 7:15. Me A bandster!! Things that make you go "HMMMMMM!":clap2: Eating very light today, grits for breakfast, soup for lunch, yogurt for snack & probably soup for supper. Ok, that's bout all I have to say for now. The next time I speak on here it will all be over!!! How kool is that:cool:! TTFN

1 lb lost for a whole month! WTF????

Oh my heavens, went to the Dr. today for my 3rd fill. And I lost an amazing 1 freakin pound!!!! That SUCKS!!!! But I just don't feel like I have any restriction what so ever and I just stay so freaking hungry:hungry: WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME????? And to make matters worse, after sticking me with that #2 Pencil sized needle, he only inserted .2 of saline:think So much pain for so little liquid! Then, his little SKINNY MINNY nurse walks in looks at my chart and says, "You been snacking?" And I'm like, "Oh no she didn't?" It didn't take a genius to figure that one out. She's a stupid Columbo wannabe! Ok, now having said that, I am really hungry, but nothing but clear liquids for today, so I had better get over being hungry. Ok, what else, well the Dr. said that this .2 should make a difference. This .2 puts me at 1.2 CC's it just don't seem like much to me. Oh well, time will tell. So, my next appt. is October 11th, I sure hope I have a better dr. visit than I did today, & maybe that little skinny observant blonde will have that day off, lol. 1 lb lost for 2 weeks!

Well, I went back for another fill yesterday, and I have lost a whopping 1 lb for the last two weeks. :girl_hug: And again, I only got a .2 injection of saline. That puts me at 1.6 cc. I sure wish he would be a little more generous with the saline.:phanvan Oh well, I go back to see him in 3 weeks so maybe I'll lose a couple more pounds by then. I guess I should be happy that at least I'm not gaining, right????:ranger: Oh well, other than that all is right with the world. Til next time, Tgirl

1 Day left til Banding...

I can't believe I only have one day left!!! My Dr. didn't put me on any kind of liquid preop diet (for some reason) but I'm thinking that from now til Tuesday morning, I shall just do liquids. I'm way excited Yet oddly very sleepy:notagree. Starting to think I have that Narcolepsy disease, LOL. Whenever I get really anxious about something I seem to want to sleep. Oh well, guess I'll get back to housework, trying to get everything caught up around here so I want have much to do this week. :washing:I live with a Chihuahua & she doesn't seem to help much with the chores.:dog:. I had a husband once, been divorced for 17 years now, the divorce was my fault however, I just couldn't seem to except his girlfriend into our marriage. LOL:D oh well, goodbye Tammie:kiss2:

"SHOCKED"

Well, today I went to have another adjustment. As of 2 weeks ago, I had 2.6cc in my band. Well, I've been able to eat whatever I wanted and was not happy about this, so today I was going to share this with him. As I received his usual tiny bit of .2 cc's of saline, I asked him how much did I have in my band? Expecting him to say 2.8, you can imagine my sad surpirse to hear him say "1.5"! Holy crap!!! No wonder, I've been so hungry. When he withdrew the saline from my band, it only had 1cc in it. So he added a .5 to it. WHAT HAPPENED????????????? He said it may have a leak in it. :eek: YA THINK Sherlock???????? Love him, but not so happy right now. Has this happened to anyone else? :omg:

:tea:OK, so I went back to the Dr. on 11-15-07,and I had sadly lost another (1) pound. So this time, he gave me .4cc's to make a total of 2cc's. I hope this helps. I so so so wanted to be in onederland by Christmas and at this rate it's gonna be Christmas of 2010. (Sadly laughing) Anywho, all is good, college is going good too. Lot's going on in my life at the moment. Really looking forward to the holidays & the Christmas break from school. Well anywho, I go back to the Dr. on Nov. 29th, maybe the results will really start showing up by then. Hopefully! Oh well, have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone. ttfn, Tammie
