Insurance Needs To Do A Better Job!

I thought that I had done all my homework in May on the subject of insurance and what they expected of me. I thought wrong!!! When I called insurance company in May they told me that the VSG was covered, I needed a psyc evaluation, a nutrition appointment, a normal pap, some blood work, an upper gi and a recomendation from my pcp. My surgeon's office also called to make sure that I have everything in place that I need, and were informed of the same things as myself. Today I called the insurance
