Cleared Pantry - Huge Step

Well I did it. I have never in my life cleaned out my pantry and tossed out anything but I did this morning. Out with the crap, the snack food and anything else that may interfere in my pre/post progress. Better to get in front of this now so that it's not an issue for me post surgery. It's amazing how much money is spent on "comfort" food. I've heard that my taste buds will change. I wonder what it will feel like to see the crap that I used to stuff my face with and have no desire for it.
