Hey all. Had my surgery in Costa Rica with Dr. Quesada. He is really conservative and after eight years has only 5 percent of folks who have complications. I have to say I don't even feel like I had surgery. My surgery was not until 5 pm at night this past Tuesday. My doctor told me the more I walked the better. Hey all,   Getting the Sleeve done in Costa Rica in a week. I'm a lot excited and a little scared. I'll have tons of support as my husband and parents will be traveling with me. I'm not sure if it's for support or they are using me as a reason to visit that beautiful country. J/K. I'm a little worried as I was not given any diet to try before surgery. I'll keep you updated as much as I can. Surgery set for Feb 8th.
