Well, Fall is in the air and it is turning a bit cooler here in North Florida - today it will only be 90 rather than 95..woo hoo. I am still struggling with my concussion and my neck injury. I began PT yesterday and hopefully I will be able to returning to my regular exercise schedule soon. I see the bariatric surgeon on Friday and I hope to get my fill back.
