New and Old at this....any women out there to help??

.....I am not good at this - so be patient with me. Funny thing happened. I joined the site in Oct 2007 when I had my lapbandI never went on the site....had to reset my password just now - and NOW - after 3 years I need help.   I have done well. Lost 85 pounds...bmi went from 42 to 28 or something. I now weigh 190 pounds and can still lose a lot more, but somehow I am content ....maybe another 10 pounds will be nice.
