I have been having a hard time the last three weeks, I missed my dr visit on the 8th and have not been back yet. I am planning on going on the 29th now. I have gained back about 5 pounds and i know why, i have been so bad with everything that is going in my mouth, i dont seem to be full and my choices have been so bad. i went away on vacation and seems that i have not come back to reality yet. I can't seem to get removiated again. i have not been to any group meeting in a month because o
:scared2: 8 weeks- 1st fill, The dr office put 1cc in my band with the 5 that was put in when i was banded. i can really feel the difference. i have been on water for one day and now on shakes one day and went to soft food yesterday, tommorow i can have regular food again, i think i lost 2 or 3 more pounds just doing that for the past few days. but for a total weight loss of 32 pounds so far that is so great!!! when i got on the scale at dr office i was like oh yea!!!! Well here I am 6 weeks post op and things are going great, i have lost a total of 28 lbs and worked for every pound!!! I have started walking at least 5 days a week and i have been back on solid food for two weeks and have been really careful with every thing that goes in my mouth. I have had no issues with sticking, i will be going for a fill on firday!!
I still can't believe that it is past the 4th of july already. The heat here is crazy- and i thought living in the mountains would be cooler than the beach~ HAHA really cant go walking just way to hot- i did head over to the mall yesterday and did a few laps, i am sure that will count some but not like i want it to. I go next tuesday for a weight in and to chat with the dietian. I have only been drinking water and my protion drinks as per my dr. i have not gotten on the scale all week and its dr

Well I guess the hard part is about to start- I was banded on the 23rd of june- my whole exprince was great. from the first visit to the check out of the hospital. I started at 304 and on surgery day i was 287 and when i went on monday to have the staples removed i was 283- a total loss of 21 pounds so far. I'll take it!!! I finaaly get to drink more than water now too!!! I have started my protine shakes this morning- boy they are hard to get down- what an after taste. i go back in two weeks
