:omg: It is now October and I am schedule for October 19th to be banded!!!!!!!!! Wow the reality has set in. This is really going to happen. It is all I am thinking about lately. Soon I start the liquid diet. I know I will be successful with the liquid diet but I know it will be hard. Any suggestions out there on getting through the pre-op liquid diet? What did your diet consist of?
Here I am going for the last of the cardio evaluation today. I'' be glad when it is all over. I am anxious to get a surgery date scehuled for October hopefully or the latest beginning of November. I feel like time is going so slow.......I guess it is living in the uncertainty which is worse. The support of this site helps me keep going. Its better than a WW meeting!! I think you all are super :clap2:
I am now 40 years old and have had a weight problem all my life. Now I want to make sure I am healthy for the next 40 years. I am scared if I don't do something about my weight issue now I will end up in a hospital bed, ill, on tons of medication and saying to myself "What did you do to yourself all these years!"
