I need some feed back on prices!

Hello everyone, This is my first blog and I am not really sure how to use this...I am fairly confident that my Anthem BX will cover my procedure at 42% BMI with hypertension and borderline diabetes. I went to one of the MD's that Anthem approves and he wanted $7000 aside from the money insurance would pay and then there is the coinsurance amounts for hospital and anesthesia that was not included.
