I never knew how much food meant to me until I became restricted from eating it. Oh, MY, Goodness....I want to eat so bad. I have been on liquid diet since 7-22. And I just want to eat a burger. I watch tv because I am on leave from work and have nothing better to do. Every one on TV is eating...people in commercials, people on TV shows, movies. Its the Great American pastime and it was definitely my biggest hobby. Now to find something to do in its place:confused:.
Feeling better then I thought I would. The gas from the surgery is a killer, I find it to be more painful than the incisions. I am walking and getting up and moving around as much as possible. I am also finding it helpful (and motivating) to look at other blogs and pictures. I feel really proud of myself. I have not lost weight or anything but I am just proud of going through with the surgery and moving in a positive direction in my life.
